Introducing Dorì, a unique yellow pulpy actinidia resulting from Italian research collaboration between the University of Udine and the University of Bologna. Known as AC 1536, this kiwi boasts early harvest, extended conservation, and optimal fruit characteristics. Dorì stands out with its uniform maturation, high brix and dry matter, and intense yellow color.

Production Timelines

Planting

The 'golden' variety of the Kiwifruit was first brought to Australia 3 years ago, with plantings already exceeding 100ha.

Pollination

The Pollination stage starts at the beginning of spring, through natural or artificial (if required) processes.

Harvest

The Harvest stage begin in late March ready for distribution to stores.
